現在のアンマン周辺に存在した王国。
ナバテア王国 （紀元前4世紀 - 紀元106年）
ペトラを中心に繁栄した交易国家で、ローマ帝国に併合されました。
ローマ帝国 （紀元106年 - 395年）
ヨルダンは「アラビア・ペトラエア」としてローマ帝国の一部となり、交易と都市文化が発展しました。
中世
東ローマ帝国（ビザンツ帝国） （395年 - 7世紀）
